1. Who we are

QQSAgents (Quick Quality Solution Agents) provides AI automation, CRM management and custom development services to businesses worldwide. Our website is qqsagents.com. For any privacy question, contact us at qqsagents@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver work you have asked for.

• Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, company or website, the service you are interested in, your CRM, your indicated budget range and whatever you write in the project description.
• Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email and selected time and shares it with us. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs that collection.
• Technical information. Our web server records standard log data such as browser type, device type and the page you submitted from. We use this to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
• Client project data. During an engagement you may give us access to your CRM, email, or other business systems. We treat everything in those systems as confidential and use it only to perform the work.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information. Ever, to anyone.
• We do not share your enquiry with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you submitted an enquiry form.

4. How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, run the project you hire us for, send invoices, and keep records required for tax and accounting. If we ever want to use something from your project as a case study, we will ask you first and anonymise it unless you agree otherwise.

5. Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (when you tick the box on our enquiry form), the performance of a contract (when we are delivering work for you), and our legitimate interests in running and securing the website.

6. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Our web host, stores this website and its database, including form submissions.
• Calendly, scheduling for discovery calls.
• Google Fonts, serves the typefaces used on this site.
• Email and video-call providers, used to correspond with you and hold meetings.

During a project we may also work inside tools you already own, such as your CRM or automation platform. In those cases you remain the data controller and we act on your instructions.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records connected to paid work are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, normally six years. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email qqsagents@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you book through the embedded Calendly widget, Calendly may set its own cookies under its policy.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to the admin area and to any client system we are given is restricted and credential-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
